Moegenburg Research, Inc. is a full service commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm. Established in 1994, we provide valuation and consulting services involving institutional quality real estate for a variety of clients. Based in Milwaukee, our assignments take us to locations throughout the Midwest, and to select points nationally.

Our assignments involve single asset transactions, as well as portfolio valuations for a variety of clients including commercial banks, life insurance companies, endowments, corporations, law firms, municipalities, multiple governmental agencies and private individuals. In addition, we provide planning and projection services for our clients, economic and demographic analyses for municipal clients; business plan creation with corporate and real estate finance application; computer applications to real estate research and valuation analysis, and market study development. Further, we routinely aid the legal community, providing litigation support and expert witness testimony.
